Two-masted schooner Amazone

Overview

Amazone was built in 1963 and served as a commercial vessel in the North Sea. In 1993 the ship was converted into a sailing ship and began to provide chartered voyages around the world.

Moretime Expeditions has been running regular voyages onboard the schooner Amazone in the Arctic and Antarctic since 2021. In cooperation with the ship's crew we have undertaken expeditions to Antarctica, the archipelago Novaya Zemlya and training voyages with Atlantic crossing.
